Shipping & Returns

Full details of our Shipping and Returns procedures and policies are found in our Terms & Conditions. Please ensure you read and agree to the Terms & Conditions prior to placing an order with us. The following is a summary of the main points.

Please Note: We do not deliver outside of the UK & Eire.  A signature will be required on delivery - please ensure someone will be in to accept the order. 

Delivery Charges

Delivery is free to mainland UK when you spend £65 + VAT or more, otherwise a charge of £5.50 + VAT will be applied to your order. We use a courier who will require signature on delivery.

Free delivery does not cover large or bulky items such as furniture unless stated. These items will incur a higher charge dependent on the item and where it needs to be delivered to. If there is any discrepancy with the delivery charge, you will be notified after the order has been placed.

Deliveries to Your Premises

We will, unless we’ve agreed differently with you, deliver to the reception desk or ground floor of your delivery address. You must let us know in advance if there are likely to be any difficulties delivering your order to your address as you may incur additional charges if we are unable to deliver.

Estimated Delivery Times

Where the items you've ordered are in stock, we aim to ship within 1-2 days, but this is an estimate only and we advise you contact us on 01865 261 451 to find out if the items you require are in stock if delivery is time-sensitive before you order.

If some items are not in stock, we may hold back the order until the items are in stock to minimise delivery costs. In the event that there is likely to be a significant delay to any items you have ordered, we may contact you and offer you an alternative. The alternative will always be of an equal or greater value / quality to the item originally ordered.

Changes to Orders

When we receive orders, they are typically passed over for immediate packing. Consequently, we cannot normally change orders once they have been received.

It is sometimes possible to change an order if the change is received within a very short time of the order being placed. In the event that you wish to change an order, please call us as soon as possible and we will do what we can to help. Where a change is not possible, Esupplies’ returns policy applies.

Returns

We will accept returns where the goods are not wanted for whatever reason provided we are notified in writing within 7 days of delivery. The goods must be in perfect, resaleable condition. You must arrange return of the items at your own expense and a restocking fee will apply.

Damaged Goods

If the goods you are having delivered are in damaged packaging, you must either refuse to accept the goods or sign for the goods with the words “received damaged”. We cannot accept responsibility for goods that have been damaged in transit if you sign for them as being in good order.

Please ensure that you check your goods within 3 days of delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for damaged or short goods if we are not notified in writing within 3 days of delivery. Please note that we require photographic proof of any damages.
