What is our Rewards Scheme?
We value our customers and want to reward you for returning back each and every time. Our rewards scheme is an easy way to earn points and save more!
How do I join your rewards scheme?
Joining our rewards scheme is easy. If you have a registered account on our store, then you have to do nothing. All registered users are automatically enrolled.
How do I earn points?
You earn up to 2 points for every pound that you spend once you have registered with an account on our store.
How do I redeem points?
Your points are automatically redeemed for you once you have earned the minimum amount (£2's worth of points). This means that the next time you shop with us, your store credit will be ready and waiting for you. We want to make it easy to earn your rewards.
How does your loyalty program work?
Depending on your historic spend with eSM (irrespective of whether you placed the order by phone or online), you will earn from 1 to 2 points for every £1 spent - this equates to 1% to 2% discount provided in store credit. Below are our three reward levels.

Do my points expire?
Your points can expire if your account has been unused for some time.
Rules and Regulations
- Reward points are available to registered online members only.
- Points may not be applied to accounts prior to 24 hours from the time of purchase.
- Points earned or redeemed do not apply to tax or delivery.
- Points are earned and redeemable by the e-mail address on account only.
- Points are non-transferable.
- Points may only be redeemed for purchases and have no cash value.
- Points are accumulated by current purchases only.
- We hold the right to cancel an account at any time.
