Tuning Forks & Percussors

We offer a selection of tuning forks and perucssors ideal for use in GP practices and hospitals.

Tuning forks are used by medical practitioners to assess a patient's hearing and bone conduction. This is most commonly done with two exams called the Weber test and Rinne test, respectively.

A Percussor is used for testing reflexes and in percussive examinations of the chest.

A Vibration Testing Device is an alternative to the tuning fork and has been specifically designed to overcome the limitations of tuning forks for testing the integrity of vibration sense in clinic and by the bedside.
