FreeStyle Control Solution

FreeStyle control solution is a red liquid that contains a fixed amount of glucose. The purpose of the control solution is to:

• Practise a test without using blood
• To confirm that the meter and test strips are working properly together
• To test the machine when you are unsure of the test results

Important Information

• Use the FreeStyle control solution only with your FreeStyle meter
• Replace the cap immediately after use
• Results are only accurate between 15° – 40°C
• Do not add any other liquid to the control solution
